Sharon Baldauf-Madero

Sharon Madero is a Physician Assistant with 30+ years of experience in Family Practice and Pediatrics. She obtained her training and degree at Saint Francis University. She is married with 3 adult children and now grandchildren. In her limited free time, she enjoys renovation/improvement projects, reading, spending time with her family and playing with her cats and chickens.

Silver or Gold Plan - No Cost

Employee with Outside Coverage - $35.00

Annual Wellness Exam and Biometric Screenings

SCSD is now offering FREE annual Wellness Exams along with the annual Biometric Screenings!
You will receive 2,500 points for each in growSCSB to be redeemed in the rewards mall.
Appointments are quick and easy, call the Wellness Center today to schedule yours.

Pharmacy

SCSD cares about our employees health and financial well-being. We are now offering zero cost maintenance medications through our SCSD Wellness Center and your local Palms Medical Pharmacy (Branford/Live Oak locations). If you participate in SCSD's medical plan, visit the Wellness Center for your next appointment. Prescriptions written through the SCSD Wellness Center and specialty referrals from the center are eligible for this benefit.
